Kerry Campbell was born and raised in Aguilar, CO. Kerry Graduated as Valedictorian of Aguilar High School, and then earned a degree in Farm and Ranch Management from TSJC. She is a 4th generation Rancher and is champion for all things Aguilar and the Apishapa Valley.

Kerry purchased Colorado Homestead Properties, a longstanding Real Estate Company in 2014 from Rebecca McFarland. Kerry specializes in Aguilar and the Apishapa Valley and lists and sells, Larger Farm and Ranch Properties, Homes on Acreage, Off Grid, Remote and Survival Properties, Vacant Land and Residential and Commercial properties in Aguilar and the Surrounding Area. Having extensive knowledge of the area coming from a ranching background, Kerry knows the area and enjoys listing and selling the area she knows and loves. Although Kerry serves the smallest geographical area in the County, she has earned the honor of being the Broker of the Year in 2018, and the Top Producer for Las Animas County in 2015, 2016 and 2018. She has also been featured in Top Agent Magazine.

Kerry often works alongside her Husband, Robert Campbell, who is also a 4th generation Rancher from the Gulnare area. Robert has an extensive background in Excavation, having owned and operated Robert Campbell Excavation for over two decades. Their combined knowledge and experience is quite an asset when buying or selling in the Apishapa Valley.

When not doing Real Estate, Rob and Kerry enjoy Ranching, Camping, Spending Time with Family and Friends and Performing Music. Rob and Kerry are also very busy raising their one year old son, Case Jaxon. They are committed to raising the next great Steward of the Land and teaching him all about the hard work and values that come with Farming and Ranching and the rewarding traditions associated with his Heritage and being a 5th Generation Rancher.
